Fora makes beautiful workspaces and has an enviable list of clients, so they tasked us with showcasing how they support such a variety of people to do their best work.

In response, we developed a character-led content series that comprised videos, articles, commissioned photography and a social-media campaign.

We had a lot of fun making this series, broadcasting live with Soho Radio, cheering on the sidelines with LALIGA, and discussing the merits of psychotherapy with The School of Life.

We decided on a documentary-style approach to the videos so we could tell a really personal story, understanding our characters’ motivations, challenges, ambitions and dreams.

We also created a unique visual style for each video, while remaining in keeping with the series, to further immerse the audience in their world. I particularly love the cut-outs in archive sequences in the Soho Radio film, which feel super DIY and look great.

The video series performed well, gaining particular traction on Instagram. Our characters also shared the videos on their own channels, which I was really pleased to see. “ I’m really chuffed with how it’s come out,” Day Gray from Soho Radio told me.
